The Board plan to carry out an HSE inspection of all the condominiums common areas soon. This includes the garage, corridors in the garage area and areas outside the apartments.

It is the boards responsibility to ensure that fire safety and escape routes are in accordance with the regulations. Corridors and escape routes must have free access in case of a fire.

We refer to the condominiums house rules and encourage residents to remove private belongings away from the common areas according to house rules below.

§ 7 Common areas (House Rules)

The common areas are part of the condominium, hence changes carried out in the common areas must be approved by the annual meeting in the condominium. Bicycles must be placed in bicycle areas in the garage. Ski and other sport equipment must be placed in residents lockers. Prams, wheelchairs and walkers can be placed in bicycle areas in the garage. Only car related stuff like tyres, can be placed in the parking spaces. Smoking is not permitted in the garage, stalls and bicycle sheds
