We would like to remind you of the condominiums parking rules. Repeated incorrect parking creates challenges for both residents and businesses.

The condominium has 12 parking spaces. These are reserved for businesses on the first floor between 08:00 and 16:00. Each space is clearly marked with the logo of the company that disposes of the space during the day.

In the evenings and at weekends, the spaces function as guest parking for visitors to the apartments.

We would like to remind you of the condominiums house rules § 3 Parking

Guest parking between Siriskeret 11 and 15 is reserved for the commercial sections during working and opening hours. During the rest of the day and at weekends, they can be used by the guests of the housing sections.

We regularly experience that spaces are used incorrectly during the day, which leads to problems for employees who have the right to use the car park. The board spends a lot of time enforcing the rules. Clear information about this has also been posted in the car park. We therefore ask all residents to respect the scheme.

We would also like to remind you that incorrect parking can lead to towing away at the car owners expense.
