Condominium shared costs are invoiced from OBOS (Business Manager). These costs are to cover general operation and maintenance of the condominium property, including outdoor areas and technical facilities. For 2024, these are NOK 19,71 pr. sqm.
At the annual meeting in April 2019, it was decided to create a maintenance fund, which will be paid in NOK. 18, - pr. sqm. pr. year. For 2024 the amount was changed to NOK 37,62 pr. sqm pr. year.
