This is how the heating system work here at the condominium

All apartments have shared hot water facilities. The plant is operated by the condominium. The plant is connected to a water to water heat pump that collects energy from the Gandsfjorden. A separate gas central in building six heats the hot water in addition to hot water heaters.

Consumption and payment

The consumption of hot water is monitored in each apartment and can be read in the storage room or technical room where the main crane is located. The consumption of hot water is paid in advance every month and settled at the end of the year.
