We have been made aware that it is no longer legal by the authorities to charge from the lockable contacts that some apartments have got laid down to their own parking space from their own main switchboard / meter. The reason for this is that charging over such a coupling results in increased fire risk.

The condominium is insured, but if a fire or other damage can be returned to improper use that such plug-in contact during charging, the individual co-owner will personally be legally responsible. We also note that it is obviously not allowed to charge from the same premises open contacts in the parking floor (clearly marked with plates, not for charging of electrical cars). These are only for vacuum cleaner and light electric hand tools.
