We have problems with several people throwing garbage in the basement, including food garbage. At worst, this can cause pests, such as rats. There are two glass and metal containers in the garage. They should only be used for glass and metal, not for plastic and other garbage.
The guest parking should not be used by residents / tenants, only for guests. Industry uses the condominiums 11 guest parking spaces weekdays between 8am and 4pm. The rest of the day and weekends are reserved for guests. There are signs posted. Incorrectly parked cars can be towed away at the owners expense.
Who lives in the apartment? If you rent out, you are obliged to inform the board about who lives in the apartment. It is a requirement from the fire service that we must know who lives in the condominium. You will find a form here:
