All apartments in the condominium are equipped with a manual fire extinguisher. It is the section owners duty to follow the control and service regulations for the fire extinguisher. According to these the fire extinguisher must be checked by certified person every five years, and have service every ten years.

For self-inspection: Check the pressure indicator and any external damage. Check hose, nozzle and seal. Service is more comprehensive and must be performed and documented by a certified person.
