Collection of plastic waste: We are trying to establish a system for handling of plastic waste. Full bags are collected by the municipality once a month, the first time on 31 January. They must be taken out the night before next to the buried containers. New bags can be collected from the bicycle shed in no. 15. We hope you will join the plastic sorting. We will continuously inform you about collection dates.

Dugnads: We had two dugnads last year, are happy to see that an increasing number of people are joining us in this activity. We plan to have two dugnads this year too, one in the spring and one in the autumn.

Key boxes: A hatch has been set up between the garage door and the door into the garage. We hope the owners of the key boxes move these into this hatch.

Playground: To ensure safety, the board engaged a professional consultant to check the play equipment in the garden. Weaknesses were found. Most of these are now fixed, but one playground equipment has been removed permanently, since this is about safety.

Vannkanten stage II: The board and several residents have become involved in the plans for development. In this connection, we invited to an information meeting. The board sent well-argued objections to the municipality and encouraged the residents to do the same. The decision will be taken by the municipal council during the spring.

Fire alarm: The alarm goes off from time to time, often a false alarm. Hence it is important that everyone familiarizes themselves with what they must do when the alarm goes off. Information about this can be found on the condominiums website. We encourage everyone to check this website, regurlarly for other useful information as well.

Social activities: The common room has been used, both for dugnad, residents social meetings, Christmas parties and move nights. We appreciate suggestions for other social activities.

Books & readings: We would like to remind everyone about the condominiums bookshelf which is in the basement near no. 19. Here you can pick up books, return books you dont need or want to share with others.
